DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIMI!!!! (screenshots proving everything as I know she will lie) I paid this company $2503 USD for 100 long-sleeve high-vis shirts. I made it clear to her on several occasions before production and during production that the shirts must pass relevant AS/NZS testing for me to accept them. She guaranteed this on 3-4 separate occasions and organised the testing through SGS which I also paid for. It failed due to the fabric being poor quality and the colour washing out during wash testing. She refused to refund me and claimed there was nothing wrong with the goods even though she received the failed test report. It took 4-5 weeks of fighting with Alibaba.com and Haimi to get a $1000 refund, even though I paid $2503 and I cannot use any of the shirts due to legal issues. This company has terrible quality products, you will lose your money. Please beware! She also was very rude to me on several occasions.
